Brunch

Being at back at home and trying to save all my money for America has meant my days consist of unpacking my stuff from uni, repacking it for the loft and sorting boring things like medical insurance and it's very little fun.

I thought I would share with you today's Breakfast, which because I was too lazy to make became brunch. 

Making use of what little food was in the fridge I made poached egg on toast with tomato's, green beans and broad beans.

It was delicious!
